TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USAGE FOR QUANTUMPASS TECH LLP

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Usage") describe and govern the User's use of the online astrology reports, articles, calculators, and related services offered by QUANTUMPASS TECH LLP (hereinafter referred to as "We," "QUANTUMPASS," "Us," "Our," "Company," or "the Website") through www.astrolife.co.in and any associated applications or platforms. DELIVERY, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
Online Astrology Reports, articles, and calculator outputs are digital products and content delivered electronically. Once an order for a Report is placed and payment is successfully processed, the Report will be made available to You through the means specified on the Website (e.g., download, email, or within Your user account if applicable). Articles and calculators are generally accessible directly on the Website.
ALL SALES OF PAID REPORTS AND SERVICES ARE FINAL. QUANTUMPASS TECH LLP OPERATES A STRICT NO REFUND AND NO CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL ONLINE ASTROLOGY REPORTS AND OTHER PAID DIGITAL SERVICES.
Once an order for a paid Report has been successfully placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the User, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
No refund shall be processed for any reason, including but not limited to:
- User dissatisfaction with the content, interpretations, or predictions within the Report, article, or calculator output.
- User providing incorrect or incomplete information for the generation of the Report or use of calculators. The User agrees to be solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided.
- Technical delays or glitches in the generation or delivery of the Report, although QUANTUMPASS will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery or access.
- The User changing their mind after purchase.
The User is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software and internet access to receive and view the digital Reports and access other Services.
In the rare event that QUANTUMPASS is unable to deliver a purchased Report due to a technical failure on its part that cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe, QUANTUMPASS, at its sole discretion, may issue a credit or re-attempt delivery. This does not constitute a right to a refund.
No Physical Products: QUANTUMPASS TECH LLP exclusively offers online digital astrology reports, articles, calculators, and related content. No physical products are sold or shipped.
