The User is responsible for ensuring that the card/bank account details provided are accurate and that sufficient credit/funds are available at the time of making the payment.
QUANTUMPASS uses third-party payment gateways for processing payments. QUANTUMPASS is not responsible for any errors, data loss, or security breaches that may occur on the payment gateway's platform. We will not provide any refunds under any circumstances.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QUANTUMPASS TECH LLP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by QUANTUMPASS that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant, or agreement made or obligation to be performed by You pursuant to these Terms of Usage.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
